Lead-free low-temperature Glass for packaging semiconductor and glass tube
The sealing temperature of the ultra-low temperature diode glass shell is lower 40°C than other materials commonly used in the market.
Because the high sealing temperature destroy the electrical properties of the diode so the ultra-low temperature diode glass shell has little influence on the electrical properties of the leads and chips, the reduction of the sealing temperature can shorten the production time of the diode, improving the production efficiency.
