IPL Sapphire Light Guide Block for Medical Laser Device
Sapphire IPL light guide block is used for laser beauty instrument. It is a cuboid optical glass, all six sides are optically polished, and one end face is plated with cut-off filter film, which generally cuts off the light below 575nm, passes through 600nm ~ 1200nm, and the transmitted light is fully reflected around the light guide block, and finally emitted from the other end face, then irradiate the skin surface for laser beauty. It is a laser light window used on IPL laser beauty instrument.
Sapphire has excellent thermal conductivity, and its single crystal structure can withstand high-energy laser. When applied to IPL equipment, users can obtain excellent comfort experience and ensure absolute safety. It is an upgraded alternative material for K9 glass and quartz materials.
The shape of this product is generally: cuboid, rectangle and cone. Two surfaces of them are luminous surfaces.
The main optical bands of sapphire crystal light guide block are:
430nm / 480nm: Acne / acne
530nm: Freckle / wrinkle removal
560nm: Whitening and rejuvenating
580nm: Dispelling red blood silk
640nm / 670nm / 690nm: Hair removal

Material Properties
Sapphire is a single crystal aluminum oxide (Al2O3). It is one of the hardest materials. Sapphire has good transmission characteristics over the visible, and near IR spectrum. It exhibits high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, thermal conductivity and thermal stability. It is often used as window materials in specific field such as space technology where scratch or high temperature resistance is required.
